NVQs
Effective managers can make a real difference to your organisation, and yet management still remains an area in which few managers have formal training or qualifications. SAY Consultancy have been successfully training and accrediting managers for over 15 years and can offer a number of National Vocational Qualifications. We believe that these NVQ’s will help the managers in your organisation become more effective in their jobs, recognising their skills and experience and filling any knowledge gaps.
SAY Consultancy offer NVQ’s in Management at levels three and four in addition to Team Leader qualifications at Level 2.
This allows us to work with all levels of management and embed good practice from organisational and strategic management to practical application.
These qualifications are relevant for all companies and sectors.
Each employee has an initial assessment to identify any gaps in their knowledge, and which units are appropriate for them. Work-based learning and previous experience can be taken into account.
The qualification is awarded when evidence of competence in the workplace has been successfully collected and assessed against negotiated and agreed units.
