The Team

We are professionally trained and accredited consultants and trainers, with many years experience in the public and private sectors.

Yvonne Allan

Yvonne Allan started her career in the public sector over 30 years ago and it was here that she first entered Training and Development. During that time she has developed her expertise through roles in management, training and business consultancy in the private and commercial sector. She combines her extensive experience in 'hands on' with a detailed knowledge and understanding of the professional bodies and course requirements.

She is a highly qualified, experienced deliverer and is active in the creating and delivering of training packages to address business needs, focussing on management competencies, and training and development. 

Yvonne’s delivery style is highly interactive and flexible, ensuring that training is an experience that delegates enjoy and can learn from as a result.  She is a strong believer in making the learning experience both fun and interactive and enjoys building a strong rapport with delegates. This enables them to absorb the information at a deeper level and make subsequent changes to their behaviour and practices in the workplace.

Alan McGee

Alan has been involved in business consultancy and training for the past 25 years, gaining a varied and invaluable list of experiences that are directly related to real issues and concerns when working with organisations and individuals. Working in both the public and private sector’s, has a manager and a professional consultant.

Educated to degree level in education and training, Alan is able to transfer the basic principles of learning into his training sessions, providing interactive, and outcome focused workshops, alongside a person centred approach to the session.

Alan delivers on a broad range of subjects and courses, focusing on three key areas, Learning and development, Health and safety and business development.

A key role for Alan is the development of business opportunities with new and innovative business ideas, training organisations and consultants. His philosophy is working successfully together to create long lasting business partnerships, based on mutual trust, benefits and shared expectations.
